By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The Body provides professional beauty treatments and related services including skincare, beauty treatments, and other salon services.
All treatments are performed following consultation to determine suitability.
Clients may be required to complete a consultation form prior to treatments to ensure services are safe and appropriate.
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or skin sensitivities.
The Body reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Some treatments require patch testing prior to the appointment. Failure to attend a patch test may result in cancellation of the treatment.
Clients should provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of deposit or cancellation fee.
Results from beauty treatments vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Clients must follow any aftercare instructions provided following treatments. Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect treatment results.
The Body will not be liable for adverse reactions where clients have failed to disclose relevant medical information or follow aftercare instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
